The Kitchen
This is a home had a tiny galley kitchen, the plan was to create a new kitchen in an addition near by as part of a whole house remodeling project
The Idea:
Add 10′ to the South, remove and exterior bearing wall and create a hallway where the kitchen was and a wrapped post for support.
The Solution:
We created the kitchen and had good access to the crawl for utilities. We incorporated a dining room into the addition and harmonized the windows.
The Details:
Granite counter tops granite composite sink, soffits, skylight. hardwood floors, a warming drawer, a wine refrigerator. New tile entry.
